Grandma Wild’s delicious and tasty stem ginger sponge loaf cake.
Ingredients:
Fortified wheat flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Vitamin B3, Thiamin, Vitamin B1), sugar, water, none hydrogenated rapeseed oil, stem ginger (8%), (ginger, sugar), partially inverted refiners syrup, black treacle (invert sugar syrup molasses syrup), ground ginger (4%), glycerin ( glycerol), eggs, maize starch, emulsifier containing glucose syrup solids {E472b,E471, E477}, milk powder, stabilizer E450, raising agents disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, milk protein, whey protein milk, salt, preservative potassium sorbate, stabilizer xanthan gum, flavouring.
For Allergens: Including cereals containing gluten see ingredients in bold. Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers due to manufacturing methods. May also contain traces of mustard, oat, sesame and soya.
